Alpine Heli-Flights

Based at Double Hill Station, Alpine Helicopters provides tourist and commercial helicopter access into large areas of the alpine environment including private land, Department of Conservation concessions and National Parks throughout the South Island. We offer a range of helicopter flight options or can tailor a flight route to suit you.

Glacier Highlights

Mt Cook & Glaciers Spectacular

Come with us to the greatest alpine scenery in the world including Aoraki Mount Cook, New Zealand's highest peak, and scores of other snow capped peaks over 3000m (10,000'). See the mighty 29km Tasman Glacier and renowned Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers which descend from the high snow fields into the sub-tropical rainforests of the wild West Coast.

With extensive knowledge of the South Island we can tailor-make a helicopter tour for you which may include the Southern Alps, Mt Cook and Mt Tasman, Lake Tekapo, Lake Pukaki and Lake Wanaka. We also provide transport for hunting, fishing or business requirements.
